Phil Curran is a physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and return stronger. With a dual background in physiotherapy and strength and conditioning, he combines evidence-based care with practical, high-impact solutions. Phil’s experience spans sports rehab, acute injuries, and elite-level sports, including work with the Northern Knights in the TAC Cup.
Phil’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Exercise Science from the University of Wollongong in 2011, followed by a Doctorate of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2014. In 2024, he further advanced his expertise by earning his APA Title in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy after completing a Master of Sports Medicine. Along the way, Phil has worked across a wide range of sports, including elite football with the Northern Knights in the TAC Cup, an important pathway for emerging AFL talent.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys running with his dog Buddy, hiking, triathlons, and supporting the Melbourne Demons. Go the Dees!
