Paden is a skilled Private practice Physiotherapist who comes to us from NZ, with a strong focus on musculoskeletal conditions, complemented by his work with semi-professional rugby teams and professional basketball teams. This has exposed him to a diverse range of injuries and presentations across athletic and general populations.
Paden is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for every individual he works with, whether it’s helping a professional athlete recover from a shoulder dislocation or supporting an office worker returning to normal life. He has a particular interest in knee and head/neck rehabilitation, shaped by his own experiences with a contact ACL injury and professional history with NZ Rugby helping with return to play following concussion. Regardless of the injury or background, Paden is committed to delivering evidence-based, personalised care to support each person in returning to what matters most to them.
Paden has a diverse sporting background. He holds two national titles in basketball for NZ schools and regionals and made national top 8 for table tennis. He also has two dog children, Ralph, a pomapoo and Remy, a miniature poodle.
